...I'll errr..re-start my diet,
but for tonite we had this for dinner...hehe..

  2. Diet selang seli okey juga. malam ni balun, esok diet, lusa balun balik, tulat diet semula. Baru kurus tidak, gemok pun tidak. Sedang-sedang aje.

  3. Haha! Rb punya style diet tu ok gak..!! Kalau jenis pg ptg siang malam esok lusa tulat main balun je..sah gemuk 4ever! Like melah tu..Takpe..takpe Cheqna..byk hari lagi boleh diet..setahun ada 365 hari...Lepas ni nak tgok u punya makanan diet plak..

    out of 365 days, 65 je kot berdiet..haha..

    makanan diet? biskut tawar, roti whole meal ~ dua2 beli kat kedai, not worth sharing..hehehe..
