Wow!!..more than a month since I last posted! I really took the "orders" to rest more and also reduce my online activities seriously...hahaha... :-D

So sorry if I missed a lot of postings..will try to catch up with your news..wishing everyone the very best wishes..hope all is well and in good health.

..and its not too late to wish all Muslims Ramadhan Kareem.."apart from fulfilling the rites of Ramadhan, may we be strong and steadfast in studying the Al-Quran this month and beyond..may Allah SWT gives us clarity of mind and heart to understand it, and the wisdom to apply and teach others"...aamiin.

Exchanged of gifts.

For this reunion, we had stick to our tradition of exchanging gifts..simple ones..and this time the committees decided the values between RM20 to RM30 should be okay enough.

Didn't have time to do the shopping as it was a short notice..but this was what I bought.

We each drew the names out of a bag...and hope the friend who got my gift like mine :

I received this in return, a lovely Kashmir shawl that my friend bought whilst she was in Saudi Arabia last year.

She happened to be my room mate during this reunion...hehehe

And as usual, we got door gifts too :-)

In life so many things to do

And, yes, so many things to say,

I know I can and I really wish

That I also do a simple thing today.

Let me help quench thirst of someone -

Be it a friend, a stranger, or even a dog,

Let me help carry someone

his burden: a box, a load or log.

From the road, if I come across,

RAMADAN POEM

Ramadan is here, The month that is blessed;

Ramadan is here, The month we love best.

The month in which the Qur'an was sent;

A time of great blessing in which to repent.

Fasting for Allah is a great Muslim deed;

Controlling desires and Suppressing greed.

Ramadan is coming, Increase your Iman(faith).

Ramadan is coming, Recite the Qur'an.

Take "Suhur" in the dead of the Night;

No eating or drinking during the daylight.

Refrain from bad deeds and repent your soul;

The pleasure of Allah is our only goal.

Even if there is hunger, remember your Lord

And wait until 'Iftar' to earn your reward.

Fasting is one of the gifts of Allah

Given to believers to increase 'Taqwah' (piety).

We pray to Allah to put right our hearts;

Ask for forgiveness from Allah and make a new start.

Raising our hands we ask for his 'Rahmaa';

Hear us our Lord and grant us 'Jannah'.
