From 5 to 10

Haaa...new year and am challenging myself to try for 10 km run/jog/run...upgrading from normal 5 km...and because I plan to register for a 10 km "run" in March 2017...

Hahahaha...hope I have enough time to train for that :-D

Federal Territory Day 2017

This state holiday was first introduced on 1st February 1974 after the "Federal Territory Agreement" was signed on 28 January 1974, to mark the anniversary of formation of the Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory in that same year.


A Federal Territory is a territory governed directly by the Malaysian federal government.

On 17 May 1984 ~ Labuan became the second Federal Territory.

Whilst on 1 February 2001 ~ Putrajaya became the third Federal Territory of Malaysia.

Theme for this year is the same as last year i.e :

'Wilayah Ceria, Rakyat Sejahtera'
(Cheerful Territories, People Prosperity)

Happy New Year 2017

A good start to new year - been walking, jogging and hiking for two weekends...and taking photos as well. :-)

Lovely morning during the walk, I managed to reach my first 5km walk for this year in slightly more than one hour on second weekend.

@ Bukit Kiara (Kiara Hill) during new year weekend, huffed n puffed (and scared of the monkeys..hehehe)

...and on second weekend of new year I finally managed to hike Bukit Gasing (Gasing Hill) after hearing and reading about friends'trips so many months...the simplest route though...haha..

Hope to have many more.

Tanjung Piai, Johor : Southernmost Tip of Mainland Asia.

How time flies...and its already June 2015!...been a while since I'm here, updating my status and at the same time reading friends' posts.

Anyway here I am, sharing the following photos that were taken during my trip to the "Southernmost Tip of Mainland Asia" @ Tanjung Piai, Johor Malaysia early May 2015 with some friends.

It was a good sunny day that my friends and I had fun photo shooting...and I enjoyed taking photos of friends who sportingly became my models.
