I'm always glad to be home,

No matter how near or far I go.

It feels good to be back,

Thou there are things to unpack,

But the bags will remain in a mess,

Cause for tonight I just need to rest.

Better keep this short and sweet,

Weekend eve..

Just now was feeling rather blue,

And didn't know what to do,

Before I start to yawn.

Thought of cooking omelette with prawn,

I'd yet to unfold my legs,

When I remembered there were no eggs,

But on the stove now are some cubed rice,

Having that for lunch tomorrow would be nice.

For tonight need to have the supper,

Can't go to sleep with hunger,

So I boiled some water,

Going to dip those biscuits cracker.

Yellow theme.

Was at the Putrajaya "Hot-Air Balloons Fiesta" earlier today, but haven't finished with editing the photos. Got headache after standing in the hot sun with lack of water ~ not because that the stalls selling drinks were out of them, I myself forgot to drink..hehehe..

Better now, Alhamdulillah.

The colour is yellow.

Part of the beauty of our nature,

Though true beauty is impossible to capture.

Thankful for the senses that have been given,

I could appreciate the gifts from heaven.

Bali Diving

A good friend sent this amazing video to our e-group mailbox yesterday and she made the remark about me taking up the scuba diving lessons after watching it..hehe..

I've always been fascinated with the photos that she herself has taken during her many diving activities, so no wonder I love watching this too :

I replied to her remark :

Thank you for sharing,

Truly really fascinating,

But alas its not my thing,

To go and join you in diving,

As I'm scared of swimming

What more with those fishes circling

With prawns, crabs and squids peeping!

and she came back with this :

Oh dont you worry na,

Diving wont cause any trauma,

Its only water

"Jom lah ketawa!"

(= let us laugh)

To which I posted this to the mail box :

Hahaha, joining u ayu

Tapi tak boleh kuat-kuat, nanti malu

(= but not too loud, I'm shy)

My not so red lips now smiling,

Thou tadi(= just now) I was grinning

And I love her response today:

Trevally, tuna, jacks but no cod

Be scared of these fishes not

They are mostly destined for the pot

So erase any fear from your thoughts!

I had a less stressful day,
In answering tax queries that came our way.

..hehehe..

Back safely after few days away in KT, Alhamdulillah for the fairly smooth journey..but as usual, I'm feeling homesick for my "Penyu" (turtle) hometown ..hehe..

Being on leave, I was planning to update my blogs but whenever I switched on my computer, these two would come and joined me "online"..

Hot Cross Buns

Birthday Girl ~ 16th April (hehe..late posting..)

Batrisyia loves reading, so for her 6th birthday this year we bought her story books, some in Bahasa Malaysia and some in English..

and one of it was a book on the Nursery Rhymes :

Since I didn't know most of the rhymes, I had to look for them online for the tunes.

Her sister, Balqees getting ready to sing along...

Ended up I had to "sing" first every time I switched-on my laptop, hehe..

Most of the videos of the rhymes didn't have any lyrics, so I promised them to put the lyrics in...and it took me sometimes to finish some of it..haha..

so, lets sing with one of them :

"Hot Cross Buns"

When I sang along the above rhyme, Faraheen said,

"Che Na, you sang just like the singer..."

Waaahhh...

hehehe...
