Weekend : hardly at home...

Weekend that was planned to be filled with morning exercises  and a little chores ended up with full two days being here and there.

But I was happy, especially as I managed to do two days of morning walking... 3km on Saturday and more than 5km on Sunday!...yeay!!!


















Quite happy with the timing   ~   walking, little bit of jogging and taking photos!





Being at the park and watching other people cycling, now I feel like buying a bicycle to cycle around the lake!

or may be not..I'll stick to walking and jogging first..and anyway, plan for coming Sunday is already fixed.

  1. Congrats on your walking...Both hubby and I do ALOT of walking. That is our main exercise these days--besides yardwork (which can be hard at times).., Doesn't your body just feel much better after getting some exercise???? Awesome!!!
