Weekend that was planned to be filled with morning exercises and a little chores ended up with full two days being here and there.
But I was happy, especially as I managed to do two days of morning walking... 3km on Saturday and more than 5km on Sunday!...yeay!!!
Quite happy with the timing ~ walking, little bit of jogging and taking photos!
Being at the park and watching other people cycling, now I feel like buying a bicycle to cycle around the lake!

or may be not..I'll stick to walking and jogging first..and anyway, plan for coming Sunday is already fixed.

Congrats on your walking...Both hubby and I do ALOT of walking. That is our main exercise these days--besides yardwork (which can be hard at times).., Doesn't your body just feel much better after getting some exercise???? Awesome!!!
