I admit to feeling stress lately with work...,
..it started early of the year and some time between end March and early April I guess I reached the height of it that I went to see a doctor as I was worried about my health.
Alhamdulillah it was not that bad...BP and sugar level ok..she said I just "need to take things easy and don't think too much". :-) ...,
but I really needed to get away for a while...and by chance my niece mentioned that strawberries at Cameron Highlands were in good season.
haha...that clinched it..I took 2 days leave and with my sister we drove up there.
But for this posting, I'm sharing the photos taken at the garden of flowers, located within the Agro Technology Park (MARDI) at Tanah Rata.
How soothing to see the lovely flowers....indeed a good therapy.

I'm not sure how I missed this post about your visit to this beautiful garden, but I'm glad I caught up with it. The blossoms are gorgeous.
There's nothing better to relieve stress than getting out in nature... Bet it was nice seeing the strawberries... AND--your flowers are beautiful... Hope your job gets better --and hope you feel better this week.
