Wise man said...

A wise man once sat in the audience and cracked a joke.

All laughed like crazy.

After a moment he cracked the same joke again and a little less people laughed this time.

He cracked the same joke again and again,

when there was no laughter in the crowd, he smiled and said,

"When you can't laugh on the same joke again and again, then why do you keep crying over the same thing over and over again”.

'Learn to move on'…

(from my mail box)

(In memory of a friend, arwah Azie who passed away a few years ago after an operation ..13th April was her birth date..we still miss her...Al-Fatihah..may Allah SWT bless her soul..amiin..)

When I read the "wise man said"..this song came to mind..

  1. A very wise advise indeed...

But why do we keep crying?? Coz sadness is not the same as happiness. I still cry over lost ones :(

  14. Crying can ease the pain, but crying over and over again will only slow you down from healing...

If I miss my Mother, I'll also send prayers for her

    I like UB 40's songs :)

  20. Its really got meaning. But that pain also goes with time. The day when you lost your friend, you cried a lot.But can you cry today like the same?If this will happen we cant go forward. This is nature's gift.

  21. A very effective way to convey a very good message! I really like it. Most of us, specially women have a tendency to linger onto their past. We keep on remembering the unfortunate events & waste our valuable energy & intellect. Isnt it?
