In "silent mode" lately as I've been stressed with work for past few weeks that at one point I burst into tears in my corner ...just to release the stress (and it did help as I felt better and calmer after that...)

I know I shouldn't let myself be too stressful....I even said to my boss "not to pressure me too much..I'm stress!" ...hahaha..
So my way to "de-stress" after work was by cleaning and clearing the house, and I have been doing that on and off...that I've felt too tired mentally and physically to update status here.
I have also been to play bowling a few times with my friend...at least I could "throw" the stress away...hehehe..
Here's my score from the last game last night :
I believe 197 was my highest score ever! I couldn't believe I did that..hehe..
Left me with good feeling that after reaching home I continued with the house cleaning..this time "attacking" the fridge - now its brighter, cleaner and definitely much emptier than before...haha..
Oh...and the living room and kitchen now look very much better too than past few weeks.
But today I'm tired and suffering from body aches and muscles pains!
