A bit "wordless" these days, not only on Wednesdays..hehehe..

The butterfly had flown away.. :-)

Back to the kitchen...

...with Laksa Penang.. :-)

I'd craved for this for about a week, and being most times dissatisfied with ones that I ate outside, from "pasar malam" to some restaurants, finally went to buy the ingredients after work yesterday.

Brought to the office and had it as brunch (but I took lunch a few hours later..hehe)

As I'm not saying I'm good at making it [but at least it passed my "piawaian" (standards)], I'm not going to jot down the recipe..hehehe..

Lucky ones are those who are around me when I have my cravings...or aren't they?..hahaha..

Day trip to Malacca City.

Went to Malacca city (again :-D), a day trip instead of an overnight one due to cancellation of booking at the last minute by the owner of one homestay at Kampung Morten.

When I saw this, it reminded me of my good friend in Netherlands..(and the entries I have yet to finish on the trip..hehe..)

After a bowl of yummy cendol (I love it!)...,

..we went to Jonker Street (finally managed to go to the area after many times in the city!), but due to the CNY celebration, most shops were closed.

The "Dragon", in conjunction with the Chinese New Year

Then we went for the cruise along the Malacca River, RM10 for a 45-minutes ride was worth it!

Happy Chinese New Year to all Chinese friends and visitors, have a prosperous year ahead!

Next stop : Butterfly Park

I like this..hehe..

There are places that I yearn to "re-visit" from time to time..but for now I go to places that I haven't been for quite a while or places that I'd never visited before.

And so the next place that was visited recently was the "Butterfly Park".. there were so many and with them kept flying away, its hard to capture them on camera, needed to have lots of patience (which I didn't have then..haha..).

This one kept flipping on the flowers but didn't fly away, at least enough time for me to focus :-D

Saw this on a boy's finger and asked him to stay still..hehe..

This one was seen on the wall on the out :
