Back to the kitchen...

...with Laksa Penang.. :-)

I'd craved for this for about a week, and being most times dissatisfied with ones that I ate outside, from "pasar malam" to some restaurants, finally went to buy the ingredients after work yesterday.

Brought to the office and had it as brunch (but I took lunch a few hours later..hehe)

As I'm not saying I'm good at making it [but at least it passed my "piawaian" (standards)], I'm not going to jot down the recipe..hehehe..

Lucky ones are those who are around me when I have my cravings...or aren't they?..hahaha..

  6. Serius Cheqna, memang nampak sedap. I kan hantu laksa & yours nampak sebiji mcm kakak Tunjang i buat, kuahnya tak merah sangat, just the way I like it. Cuma Ona kurang sayur hijaunya... Dah 4 tahun lebih tak makan laksa dia!!!

  11. Thomas,

You are right, the originals/home made ones are much better..during raya puasa we normally ordered that..come over next raya to KT on the second day, at least that was our menu on 2nd day for the past few years..hehe
