..and just because I had "laksa utara" for lunch the other day and it was not like the northern laksa that I was used to that I decided to make it...
but can't claim as laksa Penang, Kedah or Perlis, as this laksa was made by someone born in Terengganu.
(and who always don't follow proper recipes..hehe)

But my sister makes it much better..hers is yummy,
that's why we gave her the honour of being chef in making laksa on second day of Eid-ul-Fitr last year (into a second year running..hehe)
