Making of ...Laksa Utara / Northern Rice Laksa

..and just because I had "laksa utara" for lunch the other day and it was not like the northern laksa that I was used to that I decided to make it...


but can't claim as laksa Penang, Kedah or Perlis, as this laksa was made by someone born in Terengganu.


(and who always don't follow proper recipes..hehe)

But my sister makes it much better..hers is yummy,

that's why we gave her the honour of being chef in making laksa on second day of Eid-ul-Fitr last year (into a second year running..hehe)

  4. Tak acii... sekarang i kena buat laksa pulak sbb teringin. Bunga kantan tu memang sedap, dah terliur... :D

    Nampak serupa je kuah tu..jadila tu, tapi laksa kedah tak guna nenas, pudina & salad. Kami guna daun2 kampung (maklum org kg)..timun, bawang, pucuk gajus, ulam raja dan 1/2 lagi x ingat nama & telur rebus :) Laksa kuala kedah & laksa kuala perlis memang mengancam!!

  6. suka yg Terengganu punya, tp xletak belacan sbb resdung...yg penang lg xboleh sbb belacan dan campur dgn kuah....bersin...

  13. Lamanya dah tak makan laksa penang ni. Terliur!Laksa Penang is my favourite tapi laksa2 lain pun I belasah juga. What I love about it is it has less fat compared to laksa lain. Susah nak dapat yg betul2 kena dgn selera dan tekak I ni.
