In the hours of need...

Received a text message few hours ago from In'am, daughter of mum's cousin in Jeddah to say that her dad "is in critical condition" in Mekah's hospital..

Immediately called her up to ask the status..and it seemed that he has been in the hospital for a week ~ he fell in the house causing bleeding in the head..

Phoned her mum as well..then only I talked to mum as she's close to him, and informed my cousins too.. as my uncle and his family have been very welcoming whenever any one of us performed our Haj or umrah...

Our prayers for him, may he be better soon..and also to his family...

"O you who believe, seek help with patience and prayers, as Allah is with those who patiently persevere" [Al-Baqarah (2):153].

Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) when he visited the sick, used to comfort and say the following prayer :

"O Allah, remove the hardship, O Lord of mankind, grant cure for You are the Healer. There is no cure but from You, a cure which leaves no illness behind."
