Mini addition at home.

Bought this mini-stepper yesterday...and tried it out this morning for 10 mins..

..after about 285 steps..the calories burned?

a mere 39!

Housework (moderate) - 160 calories
Golf (with trolley) - 180 calories
Gardening (light) - 250 calories
Walking, (3 mph) - 280 calories
Ping-Pong - 290 calories
Tennis - 400 calories
Roller-blading - 400 calories
Gardening (strenuous) calories
Ice-Skating - 420 calories
Aerobics - 450 calories
Cycling (moderate) - 450 calories
Jogging (5 mph) - 500 calories
Swimming (vigorous) - 500 calories
Step Aerobics - 550 calories
Cycling (vigorous) - 600 calories
Walking (vigorous) - 600 calories
Skipping with rope - 700 calories
Running - 700 calories

  1. Look good. I have looking for this previously but I was not sure which one is better. The price too one of my consideration. Look for the good one with cheaper price :)

  2. tq rad...i found 2 versions during the few days of my survey...tak nyempat2 nak beli..hehe..

    this one side by side step n it cost me over rm200..

    an older version without the "arms band" tu less than rm150 - yg tu steps atas bawah...

    i think both okay, but more for cardio exercise...

    nak kurangkan lemak, i'm trying n taking teh herba O.K most days after lunch..so far ok juga but some people can't stand the taste of it..hehe..

    ok, i'll try to update my progress..

    its not in d list bcos after d cooking, u r going to gain back the calories lost..hehehe..
